Manage a productive crew,

Labor and mechanically inclined,

General knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, grading, excavating,

Run and operate smaller heavy equipment - skid steers, dingo's, mini excavators,

Problem solves (things happen / handle it)

Work cleanness, (work neat / do neat work)
