Hiring- skilled renovation crews

Charlestons largest real estate fund currently hiring additional subcontractors- both trade specific and turn key renovation crews for a large volume of single family homes renovations. Must be competent, skilled and able to schedule and manage projects efficiently. Pay is based upon performance, however our pay is well above average and we are willing to pay individuals to grow.

Expectations are full 8 AM-5PM M-F work weeks, clean job sites, transportation and tools, clear history.

Team environment with shared goals and success, performance bonuses per job.
