Learn more at Trellix.com .Role Overview:We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team to provide leadership to meet specific program goals and objectives. You will be the essential interface and support of the programs/projects to ensure delivery, identify tasks, assess risks and monitor progress against plans and tasksAbout the Role:
Support team projects varying in size and complexity
Work with Order to Cash team as well technical teams including IT and Engineering to achieve a technical solution as and when required
Support VP of O2C and Business Transformation in day to day activities for Ad Hoc projects
Operationalize different projects from improvements to large-scale projects as we embark on the transformational journey
Work with teams to implement operational efficiencies in the Order Operations team
Work with data analytics team to create KPI metrics and dashboards
Work globally with teams from NA, EMEA, APAC, and Japan
May be asked to put together business cases to support new and up and coming areas of opportunity partnering with all required stakeholders as needed
About You:
Be a strategic partner who can engage with business partners throughout the company
Data driven mindset to help drive operational improvements
1-2 years experience in project or program management
Operate in an agile environment
Experience developing business justifications, gathering requirements and managing teams
Experience planning and scheduling work to meet deadlines established to ensure completion of several related tasks
Strong communications skills - verbal and written
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Learning when to anticipate and inform manager of urgent issues which could escalate
