Integrations Developer, The Kinetic Group

Job DescriptionVista Outdoor is seeking a Integrations Developer to join The Kinetic Group IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining the integration process between applications across cloud and/or on-premise.This position reports directly to our IT Integrations Manager and allows you the opportunity to work remotely.As a Integrations Developer, you will have the opportunity to:

Utilize the Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration, and Enterprise web service APIs).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.

Drive all aspects of the software development lifecycle for building out integrations between various key systems.

Analyze integration requirements and perform gap analysis.

Create documentation for all stages of design and developmental processes. Create technical design documents and maintain source/destination field mapping library.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing Integrations.

Participate in off-hours support rotation.

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent work experience.

1-3 years of Boomi development experience.

Strong technical skills with hands-on design, development, integration, and deployment in enterprise applications.

Skilled at problem solving/root cause analysis.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Solid database skills (SQL preferred).

Programming experience (C#, Java, JavaScript, etc.) preferred.

Familiarity with EDI.

Ability to write comprehensive technical documentation & interpret business requirements.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to research, recommend, and communicate technical solutions to solve complex problems.

Capacity to quickly learn and understand different software platforms and how to integrate between them.

You might have:

Experience with agile methodologies and software such as Jira.

Previous experience with ecommerce B2B/DTC integration (Boomi AtomSphere preferred).

Experience with REST-based APIs.
