Spa Supervisor

Reporting to the Spa Manager, supporting the team to operational excellence, supporting the spa reception and spa therapist teamCoordinating spa operations, including treatment bookings, facility maintenance, and ensuring adherence to spa policies.Training and coaching of reception and spa therapist team.In addition to the above, having the ability to upsell our products and assisting in the Spa Reception area and in administrative duties.Perform spa treatments if required.
