Lead/potential lead carpenter

Looking for a lead carpenter who is versatile in his skills,

most importantly has an EYE FOR DETAIL we are looking for quality not quantity!

Willing to train the ideal candidate but must be able to complete a variety of tasks, including:

Installing and repairing interior and exterior trim

Framing and installing doors, windows, and siding

Capable of doing painting when needed

Running a crew in the absence of foreman and be able to work independently

Hardware installation

The ideal candidate will also be:

Safe and comply with all safety policies

Proficient in the use of basic hand and power tools

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable with good communication skills
