Plumber Heating Installer Domestic Heat Water

Property management company owns and operates 75 plus properties has an immediate opening in our maintenance department for an in house experienced plumber mechanical assistant/helper full time.

Domestic water, Kitchen, bath Experience and knowledge of plumbing a must.

You will work with our licensed plumber and our team of installers and remodelers on repairs and installs on our own properties. Main responsibility will be installing Rinnai and Navien System as we are in the process of oil to gas conversion.

Most work is in and around Warwick, East Greenwich, West Warwick, and Cranston.

Must be an independent worker and problem solver with own basic tools and transportation. Starting salary is $35 per hour for apprentice and higher salary based on licenses held with an increase based on skills and experience demonstrated. Benefits can be discussed and negotiated during interview. Knowledge of heating, hvac, A plus.
