Warwick Based Property management company has immediate openings for full time experienced home remodelers to join our growing team.

We only rehab our own single and multi family residential and commercial properties as properties we purchase for the purpose of rental and resale.

Looking for independent self starter with own transportation, tools and experience.

Our properties are located in Warwick, East Greenwich, West Warwick, and Cranston, Johnston and Coventry

Our 20 year old company is continuing to grow and expand our team and we are looking to add to our crew to expand to more properties

Candidate must have experience in carpentry and all aspects of remodeling a home including kitchens, baths. including basic electrical and plumbing skills for example replacing faucets, drains, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, light fixtures etc.
