Supervisor Wanted

Northern Thrift is in need a supervisor. Retail store, fast paced open 7 days a week.

Supervisor responsibilities involve but are not limited too;

-Training cashiers and ensuring their day to day duties are met.

-Ring register and provide excellent customer service.

-Putting out merchandise and organizing the sales floor.

-Ensure the store is clean, orderly, and well-maintained. This includes making sure merchandise is displayed properly and inventory levels are correct.

-Complete and submit all paperwork that is due on a daily, weekly, or monthly to the Store Manager.

-Ensure proper pricing of merchandise, properly resolve issues with managers, cashiers and customers.

-Ensure the store is opened/closed properly and meets company expectations.

-Oversee the work of retail staff, ensuring they meet their day to day duties.

-Planning and assigning work schedules, interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

-Ensure customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services. This includes responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
