Customer Service Representative - $20+/hr

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Produce quotes for custom designs and layouts

Efficiently receive, handle, and stock shipments within our warehouse facilities.

Accurately prepare and package customer orders for shipping, including organizing freight logistics.

Qualifications:

Strong sense of personal responsibility, enthusiasm, and organizational skills.

Willingness to engage in customer service and warehouse duties, with on-the-job training provided.

Ability to safely lift and move heavy items (50lbs).

Proficiency with computers and digital communication tools.

Desire to be a collaborative team player.
