Job Includes:

- Light Property Maintenance work

- Covering any daytime emergencies and call-out coverages.

- Maintain Organization of all warehouse supplies

- Equipment maintenance and repairs

- Property Maintenance (weed pulling, parking lot blowing, plant pruning)

Schedule Requirements:

Monday - Friday, starting at 7:00am - 3:30pm.

The scheduled hours and routine may vary based on company needs with some flexibility and weekend work based on project needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to communicate in English

- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- License Required

- References Required!

- Must be willing to go under criminal background check

- Approximately $20/hr
