Position: Experienced Painter / SubContractor

Status: Full-time, 5-7 days / week

Location: Rhode Island & Mass

Compensation: 55% of every job, you cover materials.

We are looking for responsible, careful and experienced painting subcontractors to help care for our customers as we are in expansion mode.

Prep Smart Painting is different, Our Brand Promise focuses on proper prep work for great finishes. We have been around for 6 years, and are growing EVERY year. This year, we, as a company, will do over $2.5M to 3M Gross Revenue. In other words, we have LOTS of work to do, and we will ensure that our awesome painters have work all the way through the Spring & Summer. This will provide stability and security for you, and is why you should work with us starting now.

Who are we looking for?

Responsible Contractors who have:

Contractors License to operate in Rhode Island & Mass Zipcodes

Liability Insurance

Workers Comp is a plus (not mandatory)

We are focusing on: Residential Work 80% & Commercial 20%

Exterior Painting

Deck Staining

Power Washing

Cabinet Refinishing

Interior Painting

New Construction
