Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to handle the post-construction cleaning of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks to prepare homes for our clients, ensuring that every space is spotless and ready for occupancy. We anticipate a minimum of 3 days per week but demand may grow to full time quickly.

All positions with CRC Construction begin with a paid working interview. This allows you, potential team member, to gain a complete understanding/scope of the position as well as providing CRC with a sample of your work and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize homes after construction and renovation work, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.

- Remove debris, dust, and light construction materials from all areas of the property.

- Perform deep-cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and washing windows.

- Ensure all surfaces are polished and free of residue.

- Check for and address any areas that require additional attention to meet our high standards.

- Dispose of waste and construction materials in compliance with local regulations.

- Communicate with project managers to ensure cleaning schedules align with project timelines.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in professional cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required. We will coach the right person with right attitude.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle physical demands of the job.

- Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and safe handling procedures.

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Reliable vehicle with clean driving record.

- Fluent in English
