landscape crew chief / crew members

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Crew Chief to join our landscaping team in Rhode Island. As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a crew of landscapers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers

- Ensure that all team members show up daily and on time

- Delegate tasks and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner

- Maintain a high level of quality in all landscaping projects

- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service

- Keep track of inventory and equipment, and report any issues to management

- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on job sites

Requirements:

- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
