Landscape Working Supervisor

Job Description

Landscape working supervisors are responsible for managing all field operations. They coordinate the procurement and scheduled use of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards. In addition, landscape working supervisors sustain a rotating crew to guide and mentor field staff and assist them in carrying out their duties while maintaining routes to keep all sites on schedule. They also often serve as the primary interface between the customer and the crews. Early morning roll out management of crews is a critical component of this role.
