Part time male or female home assistant wanted for independent senior

I'm looking for someone who can assist me early mornings 3-4 days a weekly part time hours flexible days.

I need someone who can:

⦁ light meal prep

⦁ organize pills

⦁ check my blood pressure

⦁ Lymphdemia wraps (can easy tech you to do it) around my legs every other day.

⦁ assist with laundry- fold and put away.

⦁ light houskeeping.
