Executive Sous Chef

Upscale restaurant is seeking a professional candidate for a full time Executive Sous Chef position. Please be motivated, passionate and service oriented. Salary is $70,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience. Applicants must be food safety certified, organized and familiar with inventory methods, food cost tracking, training and recipe documentation. Minimum of three years experience in full service fine dining kitchens as a Sous Chef.
