Field Service Engineer- Biotechnology

Kelly Engineering Resources has partnered with a growing Biotechnology company experiencing dynamic growth in the greater Providence area (north) on a direct hire Field Service Engineer role. This position offers competitive compensation, dynamic growth potential and a positive team environment.Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:Support large automation equipment in the New England area

Hands-on troubleshooting at the system level.

Perform corrections and repairs as needed

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Execute field upgrades for improved reliability

Utilizes CRM to input and capture all service activity and create service reports

Utilize a variety of electronic and/or mechanical test equipment

Field Service Engineer Qualifications:Experience in the troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of complex electro-mechanical equipment

Flexibility to travel to customer sites in New England

Experience working with customers in the life science/clinical/pharmaceutical industries would be a plus
