Help Desk Analyst I

This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Providence, Rhode Island area and is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity.Key responsibilitiesIndependently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems

Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Experience with IT support ticketing systems

Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

Knowledge of Password Reset

Active Directory experience preferred

Solid understanding of Basic Troubleshooting

Strong familiarity with MS Windows 10

Printer Problems experience highly desired

Understanding of basic networking concepts

Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
