Desktop Support Specialist

Description:12 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with existing Technical Support staff and other team members
  • Set up Dual monitors on PC based systems
  • Custom PC builds or from pre-defined images
  • Deploy PCs and printers to end users
  • Migration of documents, settings, and custom software
  • Configure local or network printers for end users
  • Some minor software application troubleshooting

Skills & Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience working Windows 10 environments leveraging Microsoft Office 2016
  • At least 1 year of experience with large scale PC rollouts
  • Experience with Laptops and docking
  • Highly skilled with Windows 10, Office 365, SCCM, dual monitor configurations, and McAfee Endpoint encryption software.
