In Home Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Your role will involve helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management

- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary

- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry

- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings

- Engage in companionship activities and provide emotional support to clients

- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Experience:

-Must pass a background check

- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
