Cleaning - Apartment Lobbies an Common Areas - real/local company

This is a local ad for a local company in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area - specifically, locations are in Pittston, Scranton, WB, and a few other locations.

We need someone to clean lobbies and common areas.

Base starting rate is proposed at $16-$18/hour for a very brief period of time (about 2 weeks) with an increased rate of at least $18-$20 shortly thereafter. There is the opportunity for other increases over time, as well. Projects are all around Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, so this wouldn't require distant driving, etc.
