Residential Construction Workers Wanted (Nanticoke)

We are a small property management company that does anything from complete demo and reconstruction to small, quick cosmetic fixes in between tenancies. We have steady work and need more hands on deck to move faster. Looking for skilled labor and general labor. This is a small business that is growing, our mission is to provide great quality housing in the rental market in combination with great customer service. If you like to work, want to make money, and love the construction and real estate field like we do, this might be a good position for you.

Looking for:

Skilled Construction Worker (1-2 people)-

3 years experience preferred- can be in any sort of field (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, flooring, etc)

Must have your own basic handtools (drill, hammer, screwdrivers, etc)

Must have vehicle/reliable transportation for work

Must have valid drivers license

Rate based on experience

1099’d position

Weekly pay every Friday

Full time hours, M-F

General Construction Worker (1 person)-

Entry-level position, no experience Ok

Must have vehicle/reliable transportation for work

Must have valid drivers license

Rate based on experience

Part time- full time hours, M-F
