Entry Level Ironworker

A metal fabrication company in Pottstown is looking for an entry level Ironworker to join our team. We are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

- Work in both our shop and on job sites as a general laborer

- Assist others in fabricating and moving steel parts/ assemblies

- Cleaning/grinding welds

- Primer painting parts/assemblies

- Entry level welding

Requirements and Skills:

- Reliable transportation to/from the office

- Valid Driver’s License

- US Citizenship or Working Visa

- Ability to lift 80lbs

- Comfortable to work off ladders/ No fear of heights

- Ability to work full time M – F, 7:00am – 4:30pm

Helpful skills:

- Experience in Stick, TIG & MIG welding

- Ability to read and interpret Blueprints and layout materials

- Good math skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
