Looking for a Maintenance Tech to Join our team

Seeking an experienced and customer-focused Apartment Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining apartments, general maintenance, appliance repair, HVAC experience, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills, turn over units, snow removal and upkeep of grounds.

Required:

Driver's license

3-5 years maintenance experience.

Ablility to work as a team member

Ability to complete assignment with minimal supervision
