Looking for a laborer

WANTED-Construction Laborer

Looking for an energetic, hardworking, and passionate person willing to work in the fast paced construction trade.

No experience necessary if you are willing to learn.

Requirements:

-Must be 18 or older

-Possess a valid ID with a driver’s license preferable

-Must be able to work 30-40hrs a week.

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift/move heavy objects.

-Optional-transportation to and from worksite May be arranged if you live in or around the City of Pottsville

This job will be year round as we do snow plowing/removal and interior work once the weather gets cold.

Types of work include, decks, siding, small roofing jobs, drywall, painting, small concrete jobs, general construction, bathroom and kitchen renovations, as well as property management.

Hourly rate commensurate with experience and negotiable.

You will be an independent contractor and receive a 1099.

There is a potential for increases in hourly rate depending on job complexity.

There is also potential for a yearly bonus for meeting performance goals.

Paid weekly!
