Be part of the future - welcome to our growing team!Work within collaborative teams to scope, advise, review, and deliver consulting nuclear power projects. Provide senior-level technical expertise and experience in strategy and advisory support, early phase nuclear conceptual model development, project life cycle guidance, technical leadership. This expertise would include experience serving as the primary modeler, project manager, and/or technical advisor for a variety of projects across various client sectors.Minimum Qualifications
BS Engineering or advanced technology degree
Min 15 years in nuclear industry or equivalent
Min 10 years senior level management experience
Strong knowledge of nuclear industry - nuclear technologies (i.e., Conventional Nuclear Plants, SMRs, Advanced Reactors, LWR, HTGR, Molten Salt, Liquid Metal), nuclear fuel, nuclear fuel cycle, financing, licensing
In- epth understanding of US and international nuclear market
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven leadership ability
Proven ability to work across functions/industries/disciplines
Understanding of industrial markets and integration with nuclear technologies
Understanding and proven track record of embracing Nuclear Safety Culture principles
Relevant work experience in consulting
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of time
Desired Qualifications
Nuclear analysis experience or understanding a plus (e.g., core design/neutronics, PRA, criticality, safety analysis, thermal analysis, flow modeling, radiation shielding, Monte Carlo)
New build design and construction experience
Knowledge of nuclear supply chain
Nuclear environmental and licensing experience
Significant project management experience
Significant experience with project lifecyle (e.g., feasibility, conceptual, FEL 1-2-3, FEED, detailed design, construction/fabrication, commissioning)
Experience with different procurement and contracting models, including consultancy, EPC(M), etc.
Experience in a highly regulated, technically complex, engineered product industry
Power generation experience is highly desirable and specific experience in nuclear is a plus
Proven capacity to lead, motivate, and effect change through others
Substantial experience with the management of multi-discipline engineering projects
Project management experience, preferably managing large, multi-discipline projects
MBA or equivalent management experience
