Responsibilities:
The Sales Representative (Training) is tasked with conducting in-home product presentations during scheduled appointments. This involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their current products, and presenting exclusive windows, siding, roofing, baths and door solutions. The role includes utilizing user-friendly IQ tools for paperwork, pricing, financing, and follow-up. Such as LEAP, LEAD PERFECTION, INGAGE, HOVER and others. Equipment, training, iPads, and pre-qualified, twice-confirmed appointments are provided.
Qualifications:
Experience with in-home or outside sales preferred (2+ years)
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hunter mentality with a determined mindset
Positive winning attitude and self-discipline

What We Offer:
Average consultant earnings between $1,500 - $2,500 per signed agreement
