Live In Caretaker

A restaurant and development company in Swiftwater is seeking a live-in caretaker. Responsibilities include general building maintenance, janitorial services, groundskeeping, light carpentry, painting, and other tasks as needed. Additional hours may be available in the restaurant on an as-needed basis. The live-in arrangements include a private bedroom and a shared living area with 5 other gentlemen.
