Car Wash Property Attendant

We are looking for both part time and full time people.

Schedules can be flexible as long as they are consistent, meaning this role can start at 7am, 8am, maybe even 9am, but the new hire has to stick to whichever starting and ending time we agree to.

We are looking for someone who can maintain a clean car wash property/properties and a few neighboring properties.

We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as cleaning, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance for our car washes located in Allegheny county.

You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.

We need people for all 7 days a week, which is why we are looking for both full time and part time, to fill the schedule out.

Maintenance responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

We will train as needed

Perform cleaning activities such as pressure washing lots, bays, and building.

Cleaning wash bays, and exterior cleanliness

Empty trash cans on site

Clean out dog wash booths if property has them

Assess and evaluate car wash operations to find any issues with machines

Perform minor fixes coin jams, water leaks, and equipment malfunction

Assist customers with any issues

Restock vending machine on site

Collaborate with workers and other professionals during repairs and asking for additional work that needs completed that was not assigned

Perform car wash maintenance routine and preventative maintenance schedule

Report to maintenance manager for issues

Attendant will monitor chemicals and soap levels and let management know when volumes are low and orders need to be made.

Use broom and leaf blower to keep parking lot clean.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Being reliable with a keen eye for detail

Previous work experience and solid technical knowledge

Proven experience in a relative or other similar position

Experience using hand and electrical tools

Very good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic hand tools required

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation, and good driving record

Possess manual dexterity and physical stamina

Schedule can have some flexibility.

Can be a full time or part time job depending on schedule and availability.
