Home Remodeler

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. Previous remodeling experience preferred in some or all areas including: electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall, and tile work. Candidate must be willing to learn on the job and follow all safety protocols. Hiring as a1099 Independent Contractor with consistent, year round work.

Requirements

Previous experience in remodeling or related construction fields preferred.

Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in remodeling projects.

Understanding of plumbing systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect work thoroughly for quality assurance.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Punctual with reliable transportation.

Must carry liability insurance.
