Job Description:

-Position Summary: USA Insulation of Pittsburgh is looking for experienced installers or trainees for our residential and commercial insulation products and services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Work with all types of insulation materials, including USA Premium foam, spray polyurethane foam, loose fiberglass, ventilation and other products

Work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces

Work outdoors on ladders (up to 28’)

Work with hand tools, drills, pumps, and all equipment necessary for installing insulation

Provide excellent customer service, including keeping interior and exterior of home/business clean during and after installation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must have valid drivers license and be insurable to drive company vehicles

Must complete and manage paperwork

Must have good organizational and communication skills

Must be able to lift and move 80 lbs.

must have working knowledge of siding, home building, drills and other tools

Must be coachable and a team player.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Insulation experience desired but not required.

Ability to trouble shoot products and insulation problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $21.00/hour to start. Based on experience.
