Painting Subcontractors Needed

We need Painting Subcontractors for house painting in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We do mostly residential work. We also do full restoration work so carpentry skills are a plus. we do wall paper removal, skin coats, wall repair, brick pointing & masonry repair. We stain wood, we do polly. We mainly do painting but haveing other skills is alwasy better.

We pay by lump sum at end of job after final walk around inspection with customer & after all punch list are complete. We pay immediately after completion. Please read the requirements and if you meet them please call Jim at 412-680-0102 Please call or tent we don't see emails that much.

Must Have:

1. Valid PA Drivers License

2. Must be legal Citezen or provide Work Visa

3. Must Speak English

4. Van or truck & equipment for interior and exterior painting.

5. Liability Insurence $2,000,000.00 Coverage

6. Must have at least 1 helper preferably 2

7. At least 5 years experence in residential painting work
