Turning Units Over
Clean Outs
Minor Plumbing (replacing faucets, toilets, drains)
Minor Electric (replacing outlets, light switches)
Installation of Bathrooms and Kitchens or replacement of damaged items (ie. toilets, tubs, tub surrounds, vanities)
Replacement of Flooring (all laminate)
Drywall repairs
Must have Valid Driver's License and General Liability Insurance
