Property Management Assistant

In search of a part-time Property Assistant for a house rental in Slippery Rock. This job would entail confirming timely rent payments (all digital), receiving mail/sending mail, organizing tours, contacting tenants and scheduling/confirming service and/or any needed repairs, checking on property, quarterly walk-throughs etc.

Organizational skills and professionalism are necessary. Management experience is a plus. Local resident preferred or within 30 minutes. Handyman skills are a plus but not necessary.

This could be a great adjunct position or supplemental employment if you are looking for extra work.
