Preferred Cleaning Systems is hiring team members. Cleaning duties include general cleaning of post construction homes. Duties include windows, wipe cabinets, doors, vents, baseboards etc. Vacuum carpet, clean hardwood, vac out utility rooms, sweep. We are a post construction cleaning company, cleaning homes/luxury apartments before the customer moves in. Window cleaning experience a plus but not required. A few of our customers include Ryan Homes, McQueen Custom Homes, Charter Homes, Aim Construction, AR Building Co. and Infinity Homes. Our crews work Monday through Friday (daylight). PCS does not work weekends, holidays, or evenings. You do not need a license. We leave Harmar area around 6 am. Paid lunch and drive time between jobs.
