F/T Help Wanted - General Property Maintenance Helper

We are a 75-unit Mid-Rise Apartment building seeking help with general maintenance duties for our Resident's.

Summertime will include general landscaping jobs on our 6-acre property.

This position is subject to an Independent Contractor Agreement, which will be provided a tax form 1099 at year end.

Hourly Rate of $15 per hour, 40 hours per week.

Handyman Experience Necessary, Serious inquiries only.
