Our Mission

Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care services provides our seniors with the ability to choose an independent lifestyle in their own homes, for as long as possible, with the dignity and respect they deserve . We do this by matching them with loving, caring and compassionate active mature caregivers to provide their needed services.

Our Ideal Candidate

We're seeking compassionate and mature individuals for caregiving roles. We offer a robust training program for both experienced and new caregivers. Enjoy a supportive work environment with full-time and part-time positions available in Beaver, Butler, NW Allegheny counties.

Job Responsibilities

- Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, light handyman services, pet care

- Medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments, events, or outings

- Assisting with activities of daily living and specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care

Requirements

- Compassionate to the needs of the senior community, treat clients with dignity and respect

- Dedicated to our vision, mission, goals, ability to follow detailed instructions to execute our care plan

- Reliable, weekend availability (If applicable)

- Effective communication skills

- Valid driver's license and auto insurance

- Compliance with State of Pennsylvania regulations, pass Pennsylvania Home Care Agencies Direct Care Worker Competency Exam, criminal background check
