Lead Cook Needed

Harmony at Harts Run is searching for an experienced Lead Cook to prepare meals according to approved menus & recipes - this includes fulfilling the special dietary needs some residents have. They must also possess the ability to utilize creativity in food preparation & presentation. The Lead Cook must understand both regulatory & Harmony requirements while also meeting budgetary expectations. They are instrumental in the kitchen passing all inspections and being maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness & operational effectiveness. The Lead Cook also assists with training of dietary staff and in the absence of the Dining Service Director & Dining Services Supervisor, the Lead Cook

supervises dietary staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen at all times. A background check will be performed.
