Job Duties:

Prepare the ingredients, then cook and prepare the dishes as indicated in the recipes.

Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by replenishing ingredients at the workstation and adhering to preparation times.

Set up and clean the station according to restaurant protocol.

Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.

Comply with applicable sanitary, health and personal hygiene standards.

Guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients and products.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the line supervisor.
