Restaurant manager

General manager of a high volume full service casual independent restaurant in Beaver County. Communicate fully and be committed to fostering great relationships with the kitchen manager and assistant managers. Continue to grow relationships with existing loyal clients and make every new guest want to come back by coaching for consistent amazing customer service, accuracy and quality of food and dining experience. Lead and develop a mixture of new and seasoned staff of 50 to work together as a team. Run the day to day operation of the restaurant.

2-3 years leadership experience in preferably casual dining

Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results.

Understands hospitality, can connect with guests.

Positive upbeat leadership style.

Provide coaching to all team members to ensure maximum sales and return visits

Experience with Food and Beverage A MUST

Passion for the business and compassion for people.

Outstanding leadership and communication skills.

Ability to develop and motivate team members for suggestive selling.

A strong Team Player, willing to help wherever needed

Organized with a great attention to detail

Expediting and kitchen experience a huge plus

Ability to provide excellent customer service

Must have evening and weekend availability

5 day work week
