Senior Construction Manager - Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to support the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects. This role is responsible for leading construction execution, coordinating complex MEP systems, and driving projects through commissioning and turnover in fast-track environments.ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day construction execution, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality performance.Oversee installation and integration of complex electrical and mechanical systems including power distribution, backup generation, UPS, and cooling infrastructure.Drive projects from preconstruction through commissioning and final turnover.Lead commissioning activities including pre-functional, functional, and integrated systems testing (IST).Maintain strong on-site presence to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design intent.Manage procurement and delivery of long-lead equipment such as switchgear, generators, and mechanical systems.Coordinate with utility providers for power and infrastructure delivery.Provide leadership to contractors and trade partners.Ensure safety protocols during energized work and startup activities.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
