We're seeking a future team member for the role of Robotics Process Automation - Controller to join our Business Automation Processing team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Essential Job Functions:
Monitor and manage Bots and automated processes within the UiPath and Blue Prism Application Platforms
Provides RPA support or technical support services
Conducts a wide range of technical analysis to troubleshoot RPA performance or execution issues
Reviews system requirements and business processes; coordinate infrastructure installation, and implements software solutions
Analyzes software support requirements
Supports infrastructure and platform with users during development, user acceptance testing, and production
Manage environments, release automated processes to various environments and support post implementation
Maintain/update documentation of RPA processes and Platform management
Monitor and manage RPA Platform
Support releases and testing of automated processing
Manage Bot users and integrated applications
Maintain Controller schedule
Lead support team by providing assistance and guidance to Controllers as well as facilitating the team's successTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
This resource will become part of the Production Support team supporting the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) environment.
The RPA Process Controller's primary responsibility is to support and administer the day-to-day running of RPA processes in the production environment. The objective of this role is to manage the virtual workforce (robots) in production and to ensure the stability of the Robotic environments - Blue Prism and UiPAth Applications. Controllers review process support documentation, troubleshoot issues, communicate with process owners and continue to improve support processes internally within RPA and to Clients.
The RPA Controllers monitor and manage Bots and automated processes on the UiPath and Blue Prism Application Platforms. Review process support documentation, troubleshoot issues, communicate with process owners and continue to improve support processes internally withinRPA and to Clients. Assist in developing automation solutions and software to better manage the growing digital workforce. The Controller will maintain the schedule, manage automation release schedules, and facilitate the success of the support team by working to improve processes and tools used by Controllers. Will be part of the RPA Design authority to ensure that the automations added to the Platform meet standards that will ensure efficient support.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
