Electrical Engineer (Pittsburgh – Bakery Square, PA)Play a key role in the development of industry leading Sleep Diagnostic and Therapy solutions, which empower patients to rediscover their dreams and to have the freedom to live a fulfilling life by restoring their ability to sleep comfortably - as sleep is intended to be.Your role:

Lead in the discovery, adaptation and integration of new and existing technologies and create innovative, reliable, quality, new product designs.

Successfully interact with key group members in Software and Mechanical Engineering.

Provide technical expertise in the development and design of analog sensor conditioning circuits, microprocessor systems, programmable and discrete digital logic, power supply circuitry, electrical/electronic interfacing systems and a general understanding of systems embedded software functionality.

Design, analyze and test circuits and overall systems to meet project requirements, regulatory safety requirements, EMC requirements, quality requirements and internal hazards requirements.

Conduct design reviews and successfully interact with peer engineers, procurement, manufacturing, marketing, sustaining, contract manufactures, vendors and other technology leaders to achieve project and product objectives for safety, performance, manufacturability, reliability, cost, quality, and time to market.

Actively participate and present ideas, concepts, feasibility units, results and status during periodic review meetings.

Continually add new knowledge for personal and organizational growth. Proactively share knowledge with others.

Acquire and apply advanced technical judgment & decision making, to create concepts, components and systems, leading to new product development projects.

You're the right fit if:

BS in Electrical Engineering, MS-Electrical Engineering preferred

3+ years’ demonstrated experience in Electrical Design (analog/digital) in a regulated product environment (FDA/IEC/ISO/UL/AS etc)

Experience in the design and manufacture of electrical and electronic products.

Experience in the analysis of electronic or electro-mechanical components and systems.

Knowledge of PCB layout, processing and testing techniques.

Experience creating, interpreting and modifying schematic drawings.
