Maintenance Technician Assistant

- looking for assistant to perform standard multi-trade residential maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc)

- maintenance experience much preferred, but will consider training the right person provided that they have a good attitude, are reliable, and are willing to learn.

- candidate must be able to provide 2 personal references (one can be family), and 1 relatively recent business/work reference.

- hourly wage compensation is based on experience demonstrated during orientation day.
