Skilled Maintenance Techs Wanted!

At this moment we are looking to hire 3 Maintenance Techs to fill positions in out commercial portfolio,

Were looking for Experienced and Skilled Hands On Maintenance Techs,

Your new position would involve the following

> Working with others as well as yourself

> Be proficient in basic electrical and plumbing repairs,

> Understand how to trouble shoot electrical issues

> Work on ladders

> Be able to be "On Call" once every 8 weeks

> Live within 30 minutes of Phila 19129

We own and operate several commercial buildings which we service and repair 95% of our own equipment, IF you have HVAC experience this is a PLUS for both of us,

There is room for growth if you are ready for it.
