Knowledge of all residential, some commercial and light industrial

Need to know residential 100% from troubleshooting to new installs; doing a lot of kitchen and bathroom renovations and need experience in demo and figuring out continuing circuitry after disconnecting the reno area

HAS TO BE GOOD AT FINISH WORK!

(Receptacles, switches, recessed lights, undercabinet lighting, dishwasher/garbage disposal circuits, etc)

Honestly, cannot stress this enoughI have been through a few "so called" electricians who have read this same ad and job description and said, "no problem, it's easy work"then I see their work and it is sub-parwe are working in some nice homes and these customers want perfectionI want perfection, especially on the finish worknot too hard to ask forstraight and level devices and plates and boxes, neat wire runs, tight connections, equal distance and nicely cut in recessed lights, fixtures assembled and hung correctly, etcseriously, this is electrician's residential work 101yes I have done the 750 MCM runs, have done industrial, still doing commercial, have done solar, wired an indoor sports complex, pharma buildings, medi-merges, my list goes on and onbut I don't need all of that type of work right nowI need good guys with pleasant personalities (because you are dealing with my customers) to do residential renovationsnot hard work to do but hard to do wellneed finesse and to pay attention to detailand honestly if there is something you have a doubt or a question about, please simply askI appreciate and respect the questions and we will figure out answer or get past the issue togetherlet's talk.

Outside of the need for initial reno help I will need additional help with other types of electrical work as well but let's get through this first stage.

Need to know upgrading services, generator installs and troubleshoot and maintenance (mostly Generac but some Kohler and others)

Must have your own tools and transportation (Does NOT have to be a van or truck but as long as you have the tools you need to get the work completed). MUST do very clean and neat work and be thorough.

Work is in different areas: Bucks Cty, Montgomery Cty, Delaware Cty (Some NJ Hunterdon Cty)

I am self-employed, 40 years doing electricalI will know within a couple of days if you really are a good electrician for these reno needs or not although I am willing to try to keep you on and utilize you at your strengths.

I travel between here and Florida doing work and need someone to help me here in PA and also cover for me while I am in Florida.

This is NOT a full time position so if you have your own work going on this would be a great filler for the other days. If you take this on as your only job you will make money but not enough to get wealthy. I am busy though.

Pay is commensurate with experience somewhere between $25/hr to $35/hr CA$H

(Most likely I will start you at $25 - $30/hr until I see the quality of your work over several days and then we can discuss)

START within the next couple of days if you are available!

You will be working with me the first few jobs but after that I hopefully can send you on your own.
