Pittsburg Licensed Master Electrician to pull permit

Hello,

I am a commercial and electrical contractor from west coast trying to do few jobs in Pittsburg and need to pull electrical permit.

The work is ev charging station install. I will be doing all the work unless you want to chip in.

I am taking my master electrician exam end of August for Pittsburg may take one or two attempts to pass (assuming there are load calcs!)
