MC Contracting and Painting is in search for an Assistant Construction Manager throughout the Philadelphia Area

Job description

Duties

· Oversee and supervise on-site construction projects

· Daily recordkeeping of projects

· Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks

· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

· Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and estimates

Experience

· Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Must read and write in English.

· 2-5 years experience in assisting site managers with construction projects

· Experience in relaying detailed instructions to onsite construction team

· Advanced negotiation skills

· Experience in a deadline-driven environment; time management skills

· Knowledge of construction industry safety regulations

· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and team members

· Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

· Must pass a background check and drug test

· Must have a valid drivers license
