Responsibilities:

Lead the installation team in the field, ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate and execute the installation of various types of signs, including vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, large-scale signs, and electrical signs.

Conduct site surveys to determine installation requirements and ensure proper preparation.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.

Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in excellent working condition.

Train and mentor junior installers, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment.
